We ship worldwide from our Canadian headquarters in Regina, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Our global shipping promise ensures your luxury lingerie arrives with care and efficiency no matter where you are.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: $12.95 CAD via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after processing)
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 CAD via EMS (15-25 days after processing)
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) at our Regina studio before shipping.

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn with original tags attached for a full refund to your original payment method.
