Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging
Note on Hygiene: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate items including breast tape, anti-chafe products, and bridal foundations unless they arrive defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the items you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
  3. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the items securely and ship to our Regina address (return shipping is at your expense).
  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Refund Information
