Return Policy Overview
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following intimate items unless they arrive defective or damaged:

How to Return an Item

- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package items securely and ship to our Regina address (return shipping at your expense).
